Master Assessments
When homeowners purchase a home in the Villages at Tule Springs - Village 1, they become part of our wonderful neighborhood! As members, they contribute by paying quarterly dues, which help us maintain community operations and support our reserve funds.
Assessments are due on the 1st of each quarter: January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.
Assessments received after the due dates are subject to late fees.

CCMC Payment Options
While all of the previous payment options you used are still available to you, with CCMC's new resident portal, BUURT, you can set up single sign-on (SSO) with Western Alliance Bank to make payments, view your account balance, and access community information all in one place!
After activating SSO, you can set up all of these payment types directly from the portal:
- Recurring ACH Payments
- One-time and recurring electronic check payments
- One-time and recurring credit/debit card payments
Even though single sign-on will allow you to make payments through Western Alliance Bank from the BUURT resident portal, CCMC and Western Alliance Bank (WAB) are not related companies, and the payment portal is maintained by Western Alliance Bank (WAB).
If you have questions about your account or our payment options, contact a member of your onsite team 702-879-4188 or our Customer Service Support Team at 480-921-7500.
Recurring Payments
To set up recurring payments, please visit CCMC's Alliance Association Bank website at https://pay.allianceassociationbank.com/Home. If you are a new user, click "Setup Account" and follow the prompts. There is no fee for choosing recurring eCheck payments.

One-Time Payments
To make a one-time payment:
- Visit https://pay.allianceassociationbank.com/Home
- Choose the "eCheck or Debit/Credit Card" option under "One Time Payment."

Pay by Mail & Multiple Accounts
When paying by mail or through your online bill payment service, use separate checks and envelopes for each account. Write the account number on each check to ensure the funds are applied correctly.
Please remember to send your coupon or statement stub with your payment. If we can't process your payment automatically, we will change your paper check into an electronic transaction. Mail your payments to:

Individual Bank Bill Payment Services
If you use a bill payment service through your bank or a third party, check your account number and the payment address. Many bill pay services remit electronically, so having the correct account number is essential to ensure your payment is applied correctly. If your assessment changes, be sure to update your account information with your bank.
