We encourage and support the enhancement of homes and landscaping within the Villages at Tule Springs - Village 1 community. Any exterior changes to your home and landscaping require approval before work starts. Homeowners must submit a design review application to the Villages at Tule Springs Architectural Review Committee and obtain written approval before beginning any modifications.

Incomplete applications and missing checklist items will not be accepted for review and approval.

Submitting a Request

1. Complete the Design Review Application
2. Please include a drawing or rendering of all projects with dimensions, setbacks and measurements from a ground-level and a birds-eye viewpoint.
3. Include information on the materials you plan to use, such as color samples and types of rocks.

Once your request is complete, you may submit it electronically via email to villagests1arc@ccmcnet.com.

The ARC (Architectural Review Committee) will evaluate your application, and you will be notified if any changes need to be made or if you are approved to move forward with your project. Please allow up to 45 days for the review process.
As a friendly reminder approval is required before starting any work.

The Architectural Review Committee may require a completed Neighbor Impact Form (“NIF”) for certain improvements affecting neighboring lots. Management will contact you if an NIF form is required.

FAQs

Why do I need to submit an Architectural Review Form?

Submitting an Architectural Review Form helps maintain the community's aesthetic harmony and property values. It ensures that all exterior modifications align with the community's standards and guidelines, preventing any changes that might negatively impact the neighborhood.

What types of projects require an Architectural Review Form?

Submission is required for any exterior modifications to your property, including painting, landscaping, pool installation, solar panels, solar screens, security cameras, security doors, etc.

How long does the review process take?

We make every attempt to review the request as soon as possible. Once a DRC application has been deemed complete with documentation, the Association has up to 45 days to review the form. If it is incomplete, management will notify you of what additional items are needed to make your application complete. To avoid any delays, your application should be as complete as possible. Plan and submit your form well before you intend to start your project.

Just a friendly reminder: the Sub-Master Association owns and maintains all "View Fencing" along our beautiful walking trails. Homeowners may not attach anything to the view fencing. Also, any privacy screens are required to be placed at least one foot away from the view fence. We'll reiterate this in the DRC's response to your improvement requests. Thank you for helping us keep our community looking great!
We are here to help you navigate the process. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact the team.
