The Villages at Tule Springs Village I - Sub Master Association Board of Directors is currently composed of (4) four Declarant and 1 (one) resident Board members. A Board of Directors is required for a homeowners association to function properly. These elected volunteer officials are responsible for all operations of the association and ensuring the community governing documents are followed and enforced. The Board of Directors is responsible for upholding a fiduciary duty to the community and acting in the best interest of the community as a whole.
